Shipping

Standard processing time is 1-3 business days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship UPS ground, 3rd day select, 2nd day and overnight. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping is free for orders over $500. If your company has other pre-paid shipping arrangements, please contact us at 512-447-8470 so that we can make the necessary adjustments.



Returns Policy

Products purchased from Waterwood may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of receipt of goods. You must contact Waterwood to inform us that you would like to return an item and obtain a return authorization. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition. All refunds/exchanges will take place after the Waterwood has inspected the item(s). .

Please submit your return request below or email our at info@waterwood.net to receive an authorization for return. All returns or exchanges must be authorized prior to returning any items. Failure to obtain authorization will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive and inspect your item(s), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise: If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 7 business days. You must contact Waterwood to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on returning the item and receiving a replacement.
