Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty for all of our products. The warranty covers the cost or replacement of the doorbell only. If at any time during or after installation, your doorbell button is not working properly, please contact us ASAP, so that we can help resolve the issue before involving a 3rd party. Once a 3rd party is involved, our warranty is no longer valid and we are not responsible for costs incurred.
Do you need a replacement center push button for your Waterwood decorative doorbell?
If you have purchased your Waterwood doorbell within 1 year, we will send you a replacement center push button at no charge. Please use the form below to let us know the following:
- When you purchased your doorbell.
- Where you purchased your doorbell.
- Provide order number.
- Provide item purchased (include finish if applicable)
- Provide preferred address to where we can ship replacement button.
